Q. Is your website secure?

Q. Are tickets guaranteed?

A. All tickets are 100% guaranteed to be authentic with a money back guarantee if :

* Your order is accepted by, but not delivered by the seller

* Your order is accepted by, but shipped too late by the seller for the tickets to arrive in time for the event

* You were denied entry because of the tickets or invalid tickets were provided by the seller in which case you will need to provide written proof on venue letterhead.


Q. What if the event is today or early tomorrow?

A. You can contact Customer Support after the purchase.


Q. Are prices, shipping costs and/or seat quantity negotiable?

A. Ticket prices including shipping and/or local pickup costs and seat quantity are in real time. They cannot be negotiated.


Q. What if I am ordering two or more events?

A. Shipping costs will incur for each order. It cannot be grouped together as these events are coming from different ticket sellers.


Q. Why aren’t seat numbers listed for the tickets?

A. Our ticket sellers don’t list seat numbers to prevent double-booking tickets. Because transactions on BestFanTickets.com take place in real time, it is possible for a set of tickets to be purchased at the exact same time by two different individuals. In order to prevent this confusion, our sellers instead list general rows and sections. They often have several groups of tickets, so if multiple orders come in, they can successfully fill them (without anyone getting upset or disappointed!).


Q. Are the seats next to each other?

A. Yes, unless specifically noted otherwise.


Q. How are tickets shipped?

A. Standard and Express Delivery via Fedex.
